#asktheexperts Hi, I have gained too much belly fat post pregnancy and its increasing day by day. Many says its because i have not done belly binding post delivery. Does belly binding is really that much helpful?

A. of course it helps. you can wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake and drink lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily

A. hello mom if it was normal delivery then after three months and if it was c section then after completing six months you can start with light exercise or you can do yoga at home also you can do Surya Namaskar 12 times a day if you can't do anything else in your busy routine cut all the junk food and have diet full of fibre have seasonal fruits and vegetables drink lots of water have jeera water empty stomach the early in the morning divide your meals into 6 small portions
