#asktheexperts Hi, I had my baby on 31 March via c section. I have 2 questions- 1- when can I start exercise? Like treadmill or yoga? 2- Can I sleep on my stomach now? Thanks.

A. better to do such things after 6 months after surgery Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi parent both after six months of delivery for there months please take good rest after it start light yogasanaa and pranayama take sunbathing daily after six months please get your stitches checked and gradually go for the excercises
