Namaste Mom As per the medication if you are taking any make sure you mention to the dr that you are breast feeding so that any contra indicated medicines are avoided. you can breast feed the baby , as per your health, and prefer to pump the milk and feed. if possible take help of family member and avoid to keep baby too close to you
