#asktheexperts hello mam... i had c section before 3 months. how much time should i take precautions as weight lifting, bending etc. and how do i loose my tummy ?

A. you must not lift the weight for minimum months and maximum of one year so that it takes time to heal. use belt for reducing the tummy

A. c section you should be careful of that weight lifting bending till six months if possible few more months after c section you can start with exercises around 4-6 months as you feel healed up
