after c section delivery we can do weight lifting exercise my age is 37

A. dear mum, you can do weight lifting exercise after c section. however you should have a resting period of at least 6 to 8 weeks and then begin to exercise. start slowly, begin with mild exercises and gradually increase the intensity.
