#asktheexperts hello ma'am after my c section I have observed that my tummy is not the same anymore. my upper muscles seem very tight and the below the belly button, it feels loose. how can I fix it? it's been 10 months post partum

A. After C section it's absolutely normal. So don't worry. You can try gentle core exercises or yoga. And a tummy belt can also help with support and posture. I’ve been using Bump2Cradle Tum Tuk Postpartum Belly Control Belt and it gave me good support and comfort while my body was healing. It does take time, so be kind to yourself.

A. This happens after pregnancy that’s common which is why we suggest you to use a belt so that tummy does not become hanging and saggy now that is what you’re going through so only workout and a balance that is going to help you get back in your shape
