#asktheexperts hello , i am 7 month pregnant.. i feel lack of protein and vitamin.. so what can i take in my meals at the time of pregnancy?

A. our normal traditional foods rich in protein like dal egg are sufficient to meet the requirements take all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals naturally you still deficiency can take supplements

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to have roasted makhana coconut water in your everyday diet also you should try to consume dry fruits and such other things for a proper energy boost
