Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steacum inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness thgere can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it means that your child is having low immunity so i would suggest to give Healthy diet especially citrus fruits like apple, strawberry, amala etc more keep your child well hydrated give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder , and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
