#asktheexperts can we add salt and jaggery to our 11 months old baby

A. can add in little amount after completing 1 year of age, Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form. Food should be less spicy and sweet.

A. Yes you can and in fact you can avoid sugar if you would want for as long as you want because jaggery is any day a much healthier option to be used over white sugar so yes you can add salt and jaggery Both into the food of the child
