A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variationsz. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization. when allergies zare not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

A. Energy because if you see the child is catching cold specially sneezing is continuous running nose is there and there could be a possibility that your child is allergic to something most commonly it is dust but it could be something else also so take a test and start with homeopathic treatment if required
