Q.

#asktheexperts after normal delivery my legs and tail bone getting very much pain after 23days what I can do now

A. get rest. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go oksee with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary.

A. U Should start doing Keagle exercises that is going to help in reducing down the pain as well as it is going to help and tightening up your virginal muscles so once you start doing them for at least 15 to 20 days in a row you are definitely going to feel much better with
