I had normal delivery 3 months ago. Iam having backpain and tail bone pain since then. when will it get better?

Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
