RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. Hi there is no diet chart so u may need to give all the foods to the child made at home plus add good amount of proteins into the meal of the child in all the 4 meals of breakfast lunch and dinner and also it’ll help in overall growth of the child
