Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. winter season is approaching so special care is required specially for children . try to maintain proper temperature as children have a weak thermoregulatory mechanism. skin dryness should be avoided . seasonal flu and other Infection should be taken care appropfriately . A good c healthy diet and proper vaccination is important as well .

There is no specific winter diet for the child maximum you can give egg yellow chicken and fish to your child on an every day basis dry foods also in powdered form that you can give through the year so there is no specific diet that you have to follow you should just beginning everything that you’ve been giving since this summer’s time
