#AskTheExpert why is the cold for my 4 years daughter does not go off completely. She never got cold until last April. We stay in Singapore. Have tried home remedies and later went to doctor who gave citzine and nose spray. But still he has cough and cold while sleeping I could hear the sound.

A. Hi mom Give steam inhalation to your baby two three times a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion. Also apply vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough. Cover the feet with socks for atleast one hour .Then u can remove socks. Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day to get relief from cough and cold
