Packed energy drinks, soft drinks will never match the goodness, benefits of neembupani/shikanji ,coconut water, kokam sharbat in summers.

you can give curd buttermilk lassi etc
you can give nimbu pani coconut water etc
please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
