A. Dear ma’am, you can give rice, ragi porridge, boiled and mashed sweet potato, watermelon, banana, khichdi, etc.. irrespective of the season encourage frequent breastfeeding as that will provide all the fluids your baby needs. You can also give 50-75ml of tender coconut water weekly twice
