A. if it is normal delivery you can do after 2 to 3 months if it is cesarean section after 6 months Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
