Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. please give the vaccination card or else we can contact the paediatrician from whome you are planning to get the baby vaccinatedfurther regarding this to get more details and to clear all your queries properly you need to consult your nearby physicia n to get relevant information and get all your doubts cleared which will be a better approach for this in a proper way it becomes difficult to comment here in detail without proper evaluation
