A. hi would be mom mother should eat good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for the entire course of pregnancy add nuts like almonds and walnuts daily in diet

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
