Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. 4 months baby having cold you can give steam inhalation to the baby frequently and saline drops in the nose also Cold and cough for viral infections which will take at least one week time to subside

Hi For the child if you’re talking you can give indirect steam to the child that is what is the home remedy you can give and if there is blocked nose you can also actually put nasal drops into the nose of your child to open the blockage that’s going to help but for medicines will have to see a doctor
