weight loss is not recommended when you're Breastfeeding . as there is a higher requirement of calories for milk production.
Wo donot worry about the weight. just try to eat nutritious foods
Avoid sweets, sugary drinks, packaged foods, junk, fried , bakery foods

There Is no such diet that you should follow when you are feeding a child to be very particular in terms of eating when you are feeding your child when you completely quit breastfeeding then you go ahead with the diet consult a dietician and go ahead with that and exercising is equally important for dieting
