Dear parent, to a 2 years old baby, you should give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish, meat. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give all types of grains, cereal and pulses.

Give 2 meals from recipes like vegetable soup, boiled egg, chicken soup, boiled egg, fruit smoothie, milkshake, milk custard
