Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother you must keep your child well hydrated by giving Coconut Water on regular basis giving fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables along with that of foods that are light in nature but healthy should be added such as green leafy vegetables those are seasonal along with that start giving turmeric milk which will definitely help your child boosting their energy level
