#AskTheExpert What do you think about hip opening excercises and workouts at home ? when can we start doing it. how much it would be helpful during labour.

A. Well you should do squats with the help of other person that’s going to be very beneficial that’s going to be one of the best exercises you can do butterfly pose you can do Vajra and these things are going to be very helpful but further more you need to check with your gynaecologist because you have not given any details about your pregnancy
