Chitradevi PMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi Mom, A common guideline for start workouts after pregnancy is to wait six weeks if had a normal delivery and eight weeks if you had a C-Section.
However, if you had back pain or pelvic pain when you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before your start exercising.
