ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. to have normal delivery you should always be active during your pregnancy have regular daily walking which is very beneficial and before one week of the delivery date you can start doing squats 3 to 4 times a day and also if possible 2 full body oil massage for at least two to three days before the delivery

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Doing regular work and doing household chores are more that enough for normal delivery.. Yes u can apply lotion on the face.. Topical application of any lotion or cream does not effect the baby. Take care
