A. The baby is suffering from mild symptoms of cold and there is any associated sound coming while feeding or while sleeping it should be taken care of by following measures like nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops which are safe even if used multiple times in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently . steam inhalation will also be greatly helpful in this case. if there are any conducted sounds or wheezing and the baby is not able to feed then you need to take an opinion from your pediatrician ,if any further treatment is required for this.To improve immunity of the baby which will help in preventing diseases you hgsave to give a proper balanced diet which will also help proper growth and development , can also give multivitamin supplement under the advice of your doctor
