hello dr.mera baby 1year complete ho chuka h baby ko fever ho rha h aur paracetamol pilaye but jb tk medicine ka effect rhta h tb tk thik rhta h lekin fir se usko fever aa jata h

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. only the temperature above 99 degree f is is considered fever for that you can give calpol 3 times a day and cold sponging can be done but if it zcontinues consult your doctor fever indicates infection

Ma’am If you have to repeat the medicine every six hours you can but if the fever does not subside within 72 hours then you will have to consult your paediatrician for further investigation then it could be due to some viral infection or something else so for 72 hours you can repeat the medicine
