#AskTheExpert Undergone C section a month back. When can I start ABS exercise? Or could you please suggest any other ways to reduce postpartum belly.

A. you can start after one or two months it is very important to go for regular walkss as well as inter dietitian who will tell you what type of diet as a mother you have to take and also you can go for simple exercise and yoga
