#AskTheExpert Sir we had 2nd baby on 14th April. After 7 days of C- Section yesterday my wife was feeling dizziness every time she lift up from bed for the purpose of feeding to baby. Please advice what should we do.

Weekness is normal after delivery as there is nutrient loss from body after delivery.
So give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness.
Give milk, dry fruits, homemade freshly prepared food to ur wife.
Take calcium supplements till she breast feeds her baby.
