#asktheexpert should banana be avoided while baby is having cold please suggest any fruits that sgould not be included in solid food journey to avoid cold and cough in baby due to weather change my baby is being affected with cold and cough frequently please advice

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature oyif viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
