give whole grains
Omega 3 fats from fatty fish , flaxseeds, walnut, beans like lobia Rajma
Dahi is a good probiotic and helps
avoid processed packed foods these have various additives and artificial flavorings which can flare Eczema symptoms
avoid ,high sugar foods like packed fruit juices, biscuits
watch out if the symptom increase with intake of soya , eggs.
