#AskTheExpert Post delivery when to expect menstrual cycles back....it's been almost 8 month post that but mine is nt back yet....is this normal.....

ExpertDr Prerna PatelObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. if you are having frequent feeding to the baby becuse the breasdfeeding as prolactin hormones are on higher side .try to eat more healthy food and loss some wieght

Yeah! This is normal dear. I got mine after 8 months and my sister got after 10 months of delivery via c section.
Eat healthy and nutritious food. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Continue breastfeeding till 1 year and after. Start giving semi-solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
