There Is no such winter diet that you are looking for I would just like to say you just have to give the same food that you’ve been giving in the summer season to the child the diet plan does not change as per the season it stays the same just you can add on stuff to the food diet like dry fruits Chavanprash and eggs chicken and fish would be good enough
