#asktheexpert please suggest foods for very cold climate like Delhi Noida regions

A. I think it would be best for you to give food which are warm in nature you can give all kinds of millets and grains dry fruits you can give milk with saffron turmeric and black pepper into that with 2 teaspoons of dry fruits so basically these things are seasonal fruits and vegetables
