please do the following things:
don't sit or stand for long period .
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
prefer to sleep on left side.
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
you can try heating pad to get relief in pain.
