A. you can do walk. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. good morning you should not try to do any exercise on your own during pregnancy I would recommend you to try to exercise only under export supervision it is not advisable to do it on your own
