Here's a sample plan for your son - suji porridge with nuts for breakfast, fruit platter (variety of seasonal fruits) as mid meal, sprout dosa+ chutney and lemonade for lunch, apple lassi + makhana for snacks, paneer cheese frankie for dinner, milk before bedtime.
Include seasonal fruits and veggies in your child's meals.

no need of specific food chart.
just give seasonal veggies , fruits i.e. watermelon, muskmelon , mango etc more
give liquids like buttermilk , coconut water , homemade curd or lassi etc
