#AskTheExpert please advice food chart for 2.5 year old baby for summer season.

A. Hello mom! Here's a sample plan for your son - suji porridge with nuts for breakfast, fruit platter (variety of seasonal fruits) as mid meal, sprout dosa+ chutney and lemonade for lunch, apple lassi + makhana for snacks, paneer cheese frankie for dinner, milk before bedtime. Include seasonal fruits and veggies in your child's meals. Hope this helps!

A. hi no need of specific food chart. just give seasonal veggies , fruits i.e. watermelon, muskmelon , mango etc more give liquids like buttermilk , coconut water , homemade curd or lassi etc
