In summers as the temperature rises it’s important to remain hydrated specially if it’s a kid
Include lots of liquids like water, coconut water, fresh fruit juice, lemon water
Give small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
2 servings of milk and milk products are necessary..
Reduce consumption of very spicy food, chips, chocolate and biscuits
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include kits of fruits and vegetables in the diet and avoid spicy food in the diet and increase the fluid intake which is very important maintain the hydration level.. water based foods are best
