Have small and frequent meals
Start your every meal with a glass of water and in lunch and dinner have salad along water first thing
Include protein source with breakfast lunch and dinner
Reduce or restriction the consumption of sugar, sweets, sugary drinks, packaged food, namkeen and junk food
Add more fruits and vegetables in the diet and reduce grains like roti and rice and bread
Water 2-3 litre per day
Chew your food slowly
Include jeera and ajwain water post lunch and dinner
Walk or do any exercise 45 min daily
Live stress free life and smile more
Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi,Post pregnancy weight can only be reduced through exercises and healthy diet. Start exercising after consulting with your gynecologist. Intially start with simple exercises like yoga, jogging and then move to heavy one. Avoid fried, sugar and outside food completely. Take care and happy parenting.
