A. Hi To lose weight, you can 1. Avoid sugary, fried, bakery & junk foods 2. Include foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits vegetables, salads, low fat paneer, skim milk, chicken boiled 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
