Follow small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Oats, sprouts, dal, ragi, spinach and fenugreek, milk, daliya, jeera, saunf, til, ajwain, flaxseeds, paneer, curd will help in proper secretion of milk
Do not take excess ghee, oil, sugar and salt in the diet
Water 2-3 litre per day

See If you have completed about 10 to 11 months of your delivery then you can go for any kind of exercise that suits you like to would ever you are most comfortable and whatever you enjoy the most go for that kind of exercise and take a proper diet so you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
