A. if you want to reduce your weight regular exercise should be done breast walking for at least half an hour cycling in yoga is very important also reduction in the calorie diet is important avoid junk calories

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have rich fiber and proteins diet and have more salad and fruits. and also do yoga planks and surya namaskar to reduce fat. take care
