#AskTheExpert my tummy is not getting back in shape after 6 months of C section .please help as my weight is on alamring point.

A. dear mom dont worry start with walks for 15 mins twice a day eat wisely have good protiens in diet, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

A. Hi mom To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. U can also do abs and crunches. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
