#asktheexpert my tummy ha bulged out like big ballon since last 4 years after my second caesarean. during pregnancy Dr told in sonography that lot of fat has been looged in my tummy. I can't get rid of it. it makes me look still pregnant and more older. please help.

A. During pregnancy majority of the fat gets accumulated around the tummy and it is difficult to lose it but not impossible. You have to do regular cardio exercise followed by core abdominal exercises and portion controlWrite Your Answer Here
