Q.

#asktheexperts I delivered girl baby vaginally on august and it’s been 5 months. During my pregnancy I didn’t gain much weight and my tummy was not that big. But after pregnancy I gained more weight and my tummy got very very big and it looks like 9 month pregnant. Even in my pregnancy I didn’t have that big tummy. My question is will this tummy will get reduced when I start workout and diet or what are the ways to reduce them ?
