#asktheexpert My sons teeth are falling out. Is it too early? what are the precautions that need to be taken?

A. teething pain starts around 3 months . first tooth eruption can occur between 7 months to 17 months of age. after that gradually all primary teeth will appear in the next 2 to 3 years.d primary teeth begin to fall by 5 to 7 years gradually being replaced one after the another with secondary tooth.x usually all primary will be replaced with secondary tooth by 10 to 11 years of age.
