DM mother typically child baby teeth begins to lose and and fall out to make room for permanent teeth at about the age of 6 however some time this can be delayed by as much as a year it perfectly normal for a child to lose their first baby tooth as early as the age for as late as age 7 some 10 year old kids have no baby teeth left while some 14 year old teenagers were still have a few children whose teeth emerge earlier tend to lose their these earlier and vice versa
