My 5 year old son loosing his teeth, what is the reason for early falling of teeth..?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi till now your son was having milk teeth and now it's time for the milk teeth to fall and get replaced by permanent teeth. don't worry after fall of milk teeth new teeth will erupt in a gap of 3-6 months.
